What to do:

  • Check the filtration runtime, minimum runtime 6 hours
  • Check and adjust the pH value between 7.0 and 7.6 with pH Minus or pH Plus
  • Backwash the system
  • Perform shock chlorination
  • Add flocculation products
  • Set the system to continuous operation and wait at least 24 hours (do not swim)

  • Incorrect pH value

  • Vacuum the pool floor, then brush the floor and walls to remove calcium
  • Add special anti-calcium products to prevent further stains
  • If you cannot brush off the calcium, the pool must be emptied and cleaned with a special acid. Basic cleaning of the pool!!
